Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide! Currently, we deliver to North America, Europe, Australia, and most countries in Asia. If you don't see your country at checkout, please contact us via email.

How long does it take to process my order? Since our products are handcrafted, each piece requires time for cutting, punching, and stitching. In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items take about 8-10 business days to create. Thank you for your patience!

How long will the shipping take? Standard international shipping usually takes 7-15 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes? International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for specific policies.

Materials & Craftsmanship

Do you use genuine leather? Yes, this is non-negotiable for us. We strictly use premium hides. You may notice tiny pores, natural markings, or slight scratches on the surface—these are the unique signatures of natural leather and cannot be replicated by synthetic materials.

Why does the color of my item look slightly different from the picture? Because we work with natural leather, each hide absorbs dye differently, meaning slight color variations can occur between batches. Additionally, different monitor settings can affect how colors appear. This uniqueness is part of the charm of handcrafted leather goods.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges? We want you to love your Dayfuncraft pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping? If the return is due to a quality issue or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to personal preference, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Care & Maintenance

How should I care for my leather goods?

  • Keep it dry: Avoid exposing your leather goods to water. If it gets wet, gently pat dry with a soft cloth and let it air dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not use a hairdryer or leave it in direct sunlight.

  • Daily care: Leather naturally absorbs oils from your hands, developing a beautiful, unique patina over time. You can also apply a small amount of leather conditioner (like mink oil) every 3-6 months to keep it supple.

  • Avoid scratches: Keep away from sharp objects. For minor fingernail scratches, gently rub the area with your thumb or a soft cloth.
