Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Day Fun Craft. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping options, delivery estimates, and tracking information.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days - $9.99, or free on orders over $99
  • Express Shipping: 5-7 business days - $19.99

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

At this time, Day Fun Craft does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military addresses. Please provide a physical street address for your order.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number, if tracking is available for your shipping method.

The tracking number may take up to 48 hours to become active after it is issued by the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Day Fun Craft is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges applied to your order by your country or region.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs, taxes, and customs charges.

6. Damages, Lost Packages, and Delivery Issues

Day Fun Craft is not liable for products damaged, lost, or delayed during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you believe your package has been lost or your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at info@dayfuncraft.com. We will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Day Fun Craft is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dayfuncraft.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing
